Our installation team arrive on the day and begin your new energy saving installation – The team are incredibly conscious of working in your home and will lay dust sheets throughout the working area to minimise any dust or debris collecting (The team are fully Covid 19 compliant at all times).

After just a few hours work, your new loft ladder will be installed and ready to used for safe and secure loft access.

Timber Loft Ladder

  • Supplied with an easy to use operating pole
  • Includes white coated insulated hatch door, lining, with Architraves available in 2-4”. (Architrave is primed ready to paint)
  • Insulated door U=1.1 Wm2k Handrail
  • Deep, flat, Non-slip treads
  • Very easy to operate and nicely balanced (to suit all age groups)
  • Extremely Sturdy and safe
  • Custom/bespoke/made to measure sizes available
  • Available in a fire rated version Safety certification: BS EN14975 (Model: LWF 60 see table for sizes)

Timber Loft Ladder LWL

  • Supplied with an easy to use operating pole
  • Includes white coated insulated hatch door, lining, with Architraves available in 2-4”. (Architrave is primed ready to paint)
  • Insulated door U=1.1 Wm2k Handrail
  • Deep, flat, Non-slip treads set flush with ladder strings
  • Very easy to operate and nicely balanced (to suit all age groups)
  • Extremely Sturdy and safe
  • Custom/bespoke/made to measure sizes available
  • Available in a fire rated version Safety certification: BS EN14975

Aluminum 3 Section Easiway

  • Supplied with an easy to use operating pole (The operating pole can also be used with our energy saving loft hatches
  • Our most cost-effective ladder option
  • Ideal for restricted spaces on your landing
  • Compact design, fits almost all loft spaces
  • Handrail to aid safe climbing, which can be placed on either side for you
